How To Meditate

Meditation is known to be food for the soul.  It feeds and nourishes our mind, helps with our breathing, improve our brain function and teaches us how to connect with others in a positive light.  Meditation helps us deal with stress which can be produced from toxic situations like your place of employment, dealing with financial strife, being in unhealthy relationships or coping with medical ailments.
